Michael Hart photographed an NBA game at the age of 8 with a Brownie Holiday Flash camera while living in Fort Wayne, IN. He completed his first paid assignment at age 14, when the whole world was still in black and white. He has had a commercial photography business in Houston, TX., since the late 70’s and regularly travelled the globe doing annual reports and other assignments for corporations, design firms and ad agencies, racking up a million and a half air miles in the process. While still accepting commercial assignments, he also now focuses on his award-winning personal images, which are offered for sale as limited edition prints. Driven by a deep appreciation for design and composition, every frame is carefully crafted to balance form, light, and space. His book, “Biggio: The Final Game," chronicling the last game for The Houston Astros player, Craig Biggio, is in the library at The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY., and an image from it is in the Sonia and Kaye Marvins Portrait Collection at The Museum of Fine Arts in Houston.
